ePac Flexible Packaging Acquires Precision Pouches

On March 22, 2018, as part of its ongoing expansion efforts, ePac Flexible Packaging announced the acquisition of Precision Pouches. Based in Schiller Park, Illinois, the premier toll converter will become part of ePac Chicago and continue to provide pouching services to both current and new clients. General Manager of ePac Chicago, Alex Moroney is thrilled to have Precision Pouches and believes the gain will not only increase capacity, but also improve the ability to serve customers.

ePac, a leader in all-digital and domestic-made flexible packaging, started operations in 2016 in Madison, Wisconsin. With increasing demand in a rapidly-growing market, the converter recently opened a second facility in Boulder, Colorado. This year, along with its new location in Chicago, ePac will expand by opening plants in Los Angeles, Houston, and Miami. These facilities are already accepting orders, which will be fulfilled in Madison and Boulder until the plants are ready to begin manufacturing operations.
